Performance lawn inc is a 5 star company.  I am a very satisfied customer.  Josh is a super nice guy and very professional.  My yard was in desperate need of repair and care.  He was honest and sincere to tell me what was needed and the timeline to expect.  I told him to just score.  Well let me tell you he "Spiked the ball."  I've got neighbors  asking me who is working my yard.  Im very happy to tell and brag on performance lawn inc.  I wish I had before and after pictures to show but take my word he is the real deal.  So happy and can't wait until the spring.  My front and back yard looks superb!  Job well done Josh.....

The best thing about Performance Lawns is the professional way in which they communicate. They always let us know when they are coming to perform a service, and if for some reason they can't come, like poor weather,  etc, they always let us know. I pretty much look at Performance Lawns as "set it and forget it". I let them know what I need and they just handle it. I pay my invoices via auto draft which is very simple.  They are an incredible value. There is no way I could got to a home improvement store, buy the necessary chemicals, and apply them myself for what I pay for Performance Lawns to do it. Not to mention, they know exactly what to apply and when. I don't have a clue. (True story)  Lastly,  these folks are local and you know you can talk to Josh any time you need him. I'll continue to use them as long as they serve the area in which I live.

I started using weed control program provided through Performance Lawns Inc. This service was great, but then noticed that through Performance Lawns comments and my own visual findings that Bermuda grass had started to take over our lawn. Performance Lawns Inc. offered a Bermuda kill off service that I quickly signed up for. This is a 4 year treatment plan, and I am completely satisfied with our lawn after the 1st treatment this year (2020)! I also took advantage of their mosquito control, and saw great success with their service! I can highly recommend Performance Lawns Inc. to those who want professional, friendly service and also want that beautiful green lawn!
